Message of the Director, IQAC

D. IQACIt is my pleasure to welcome you to the institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Pundra University of Science & Technology. As an integral part of our institution, the IQAC plays a pivotal role in ensuring and enhancing the quality of education, research, and overall institutional performance. Every public and private university in Bangladesh has an Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) to develop a mechanism for systematic reviews of study programs, as well as to ensure acceptable quality teaching-learning, research, knowledge generation, and supportive service standards.

The IQAC was created at Pundra University of Science & Technology on November 4, 2018, in response to the growing demand for excellence in tertiary education.

The IQAC ensures stakeholders— students, faculty, administrative staff, alumni, as well as financial agencies and society in general of the institution's accountability and openness in its quality management system. The IQAC is in charge of ensuring that the university's quality assurance policies and procedures are strong and successful in maintaining and monitoring academic award standards, as well as promoting the advancement of teaching, learning, and research experiences.

So, we encourage active participation from all stakeholders in our quality assurance processes. Your feedback and insights are invaluable in our endeavor to improve our systems and processes continually. Together, we can build a robust framework that supports improvement of academic excellence and holistic development.

IQAC will be initiating several quality enhancement programs, workshops, and seminars. I urge everyone to engage actively in these activities and contribute to our shared goal of achieving institutional distinction.

I am glad to announce that IQAC has been operating as an autonomous center since its inception, and it is dedicated to the greater improvement of the institution. I look forward to your significant support and cooperation as IQAC embarks on its adventure. With your help and participation, IQAC at PUB may become a leader in Higher University Education in Bangladesh.
